Peach County School Superintendent Lionel Brown and the district leadership team created a Peach County Schools Aspiring Leadership Program. The desired outcome is to assist Peach County School District staff in reaching their full leadership potential, and as a result assist the students of Peach County schools in reaching their full potential.
The first cohort consisted of 51 participants which met for its initial session on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Peach County High School. During this session participants discussed various leadership styles based around a DISC Assessment. The cohort will have four (4) additional meetings during the current school year.
