Welcome to

Hunt Elementary School

The new Hunt Elementary School was first occupied at the end of the 2009-2010 school year with Dr. Banter as principal. August 2017 begins our eighth complete school year at this new location on US Highway 341, Fort Valley, GA in Peach County with Dr. Anita Mathis as Principal , Mr. Jamal Harris as Assistant Principal and Mr. Rodrick Earl as Assistant Principal/ Facilitator. We currently have approximately 700 students from grades Pre-Kindergarten to Fifth Grade learning and growing at our school. Read More...
Community Partner Spotlight:Fort Valley First Assembly of God Hunt Lunch Photo

The Peach County School System would like to thank the Fort Valley First Assembly Church of God. Pastor Wayne Lenderman and his congregation decided to adopt and partner with Hunt Elementary School. The church has donated school supplies for the students as well as supplies for the teachers. Pastor Wayne and several of his members have also provided goody bags and hosted luncheons for the faculty and staff at Hunt Elementary. Dr. Anita Mathis, principal at Hunt Elementary, would like to thank the church for helping Hunt Elementary continue on its path of success.
