Rodney Hester- Principal
Mr. Hester is married to Pamela Hester and has one child, Jadore Hester. He is a graduate of Monroe Area High School. He attended Fort Valley State University where he received a degree in Business Marketing and a Masters Degree in Middle Grades Education. He earned a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University.
He began is teaching and administrative career in Peach County Schools in 1995. He has nine years of teaching experience and over 15 years of administrative experience. His administrative experience includes high school assistant principal, 9th Grade Academy Principal and middle school principal.
Tameka Dinkins- Assistant Principal
Tameka Taylor Dinkins is a native of Americus, Georgia and the daughter of Bishop John
and Lois Taylor. She is married to Michael Dinkins, Former Peach County
Commissioner. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Grades, which she obtained
from The Fort Valley State University, a Master of Education degree from Georgia
Southwestern State University, and a Masters and Specialist degree in
Educational Leadership and Administration from Troy University. Mrs. Dinkins has 19 years of educational
experience, serving as a teacher, team leader, department chair, and an instructional coach.
Mrs. Dinkins has faithfully served the Peach County School District for over 6 years at Fort Valley Middle
and Byron Middle Schools.
