About our Administrators

Glover    Damika Glover, Principal

I find it an esteemed privilege to be Principal of Hunt Elementary School.  It is such an honor to be the principal of the school I once attended as an elementary student.  I’m excited to work with such a motivated and enthusiastic school family here at HES.

I am currently entering my 21st year in the field of education.  I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Grades Education from Fort Valley State University.  I received both a Master’s and Specialist Degree in Leadership from Georgia College and State University.

I am the oldest of five siblings and an Aunt to four nieces and four nephews.  I love spending time with my family and friends; watching sports, reading, and a little retail therapy.

As the Principal, I am committed to helping meet the needs of every student, parent and community partner.  I truly believe in the concept of teamwork and connections.  I am sure that if we continue to focus on moving things forward, HUNT will move “Upward and Onward, OH, the places we will GO.”

 King  Keysha King, Assistant Principal

I am excited and honored to work with the Hunt Elementary School family as the Assistant Principal. I am increasingly grateful to be surrounded by such a motivated, intelligent, caring, and supportive school family and community.

I’m entering my 19th year in the field of education. I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Special Education and my Specialist degree in Educational Leadership all from Georgia College & State University.

My husband, Joey, and I are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Kenadie and Kendyl. As a family, we LOVE sports….especially the Georgia Bulldogs. GO DAWGS!! In my spare time I enjoy traveling, reading, shopping, and spending time with my family!

As your Assistant Principal, I’m committed to the needs of every individual who walks through our doors-staff, parents, students, and community members. Through a close, collegial partnership with everyone associated with HES, I am confident that we can continually make our school a better place to learn and grow by creating a safe, nurturing environment where students are challenged to become leaders and lifelong learners.
