PCHS students in Ms. Bell, Mr. Smith, Mr. Greco, and Mrs. Slaughter's English classes recently had the opportunity to participate in a Read Across America event in conjunction with Big Brothers, Big Sisters. The event allowed students to analyze and discuss poems and have a story read to them. PCHS thanks Big Brothers, Big Sisters for their continued partnership!

Join us at PCHS on March 21st from 5:00-6:30 PM. Come out and network with other people in the industry and talk with our Audio/Video instructor. Tom White (Teaching to the Test Pattern) will be doing a live podcast during the event. Come join us and be a part of the great things happening at PCHS!

Peach County High School hosted the State Economic Development Partnership visit on March 1, 2024. Our guests were able to tour our CTAE classrooms and hear from our students about the various CTAE pathways. Other stops included Peach Atrium Health Navicent, Peach Workforce Development Center, and Super Lawn Trucks. We are excited about our business and industry partnerships, and we are striving to earn the Economic Development Partnership Designation for Peach County Schools.

Mr. Kemp's Basic Agriculture and Technology class recently studied Precision Agriculture. To enhance the lesson, students learned basic code to fly drones and discussed how drones can be flown over fields to monitor crop health, detect diseases, and identify areas of stress.






This week, our students had the opportunity to explore various careers, visit with representatives from multiple colleges, and speak with representatives from local businesses as they attended the College and Career Fair on our campus. It was a great day to be a Trojan!
