Attention Parents of Sneaker Ball attendees: Please arrive at 7:45 to pick up your students. Students will be released from the dance in the following areas for pick-up:
6th Grade- Bus Ramp located in the back of the building
7th and 8th Grade- Front of the building
Families with students of multiple grade levels- Pick either location
All students will be dropped off for the dance at the front of the building.

Mr. Braxton Hill's class completed a gallery walk about Heat Transfer and the different forms of energy. Students were tasked with deciphering riddles, matching them with the correct vocabulary term, and completing the Fireproof balloon experiment to show how water absorbs heat from a flame, preventing the balloon from bursting and undergoing convection.

Students in Ms. Charvez Holmes' science class showcased their understanding of circuits by creating series and parallel circuits!


6th graders, Braylan Williams and Mauricio Trejo Romo, braved the rain to participate in the Mexican Independence Day Celebration Art Contest. Our wonderful art teacher, Ms. Judi Kilitzian, won the independent category!




Sgt. James Perry received the Outstanding Community Service Award during First Responders Sunday at Grace Baptist Church! Congratulations and thank you for your service to our school and community.

Students in Ms. Sharon Hunter's class used cookies to demonstrate the moon's phases. They removed the icing to show the waxing and waning of the moon as it goes through all of its phases.


Progress will be sent home tomorrow!


Students in Mr. Hogan’s class reviewed how to solve for a single variable and variables on both sides. They also learned how to solve equations that have compound inequalities.


The City of Fort Valley will have a Mexican Independence Day Celebration along with a sidewalk chalk artist competition on Friday, September 13th from 6 pm-11 pm!
