The Flint Energies Foundation Grant for $5000 will be used to supply each school in Peach County with a sensory kit to include noise canceling headphones, weighted lap pads or blankets, fidgets, and other sensory items. The remaining money will be used to purchase classroom materials for students such as beanbags, flexible seating, sensory lights, and sensory tents to assist students with self-regulation.
