Luz Morales, Peach County Schools 2022-23 District Teacher of the Year, has spent the past two days networking with other great 2022-23 District Teachers of the Year from throughout Georgia. She was one of the great teachers recognized as 2022-23 District Teachers of the Year during the recent 2024 Georgia Teacher of the Year Gala held at the Jekyll Island Conference Center.
Ms. Morales serves as the Peach County High School Agriculture teacher. Through the Ag Program, she works to build partnerships and involvement in the community to provide her students with a more intensive view of what agriculture can offer them as a career. Many of her students have been recognized and received awards at the state level, including having one of her students as the Georgia FFA Association State President during the past school year.
Ms. Morales has done a phenomenal job representing Peach County Schools as the 2022-23 District Teacher of the Year!
