Georgia Milestones Testing begins next Tuesday, April 23 and continues through Friday, May 3rd. Please take a look at the testing calendar below. Testing will occur in the mornings before lunch with make-ups taking place in the afternoons.

Starbase Robins Summer Academies are available this summer! These academies offer a fantastic opportunity for students to engage in Summer Technology, Engineeringship, and STEMpowered Girls camps, all at no cost for qualified applicants. Each camp includes exciting activities, lunch provision, and a concluding field trip. To register, students and parents can scan the QR code or click on the links provided below. Please note that slots are filling up quickly, so prompt action is encouraged!

Save the Date! Peach County High School FFA Plant Sale The Peach County FFA Chapter gives opportunities to students to have a hands-on learning experience while serving their community. Every Spring, students enrolled in the Peach County High School Agricultural Education Program hold their Annual Spring Plant Sale in the school’s greenhouse. Students learn how to grow plants from seed, maintain plant health and growth, create a business plan, and much more! This year, the Spring Plant Sale will be on March 27-28th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and March 29th from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. All funds will sustain the Peach County FFA and Ag Program! You can support your local FFA Chapter by purchasing these products from March 27-29th or while supplies last. For more information, contact FFA Advisor Ms. Morales at luz.morales@peachschools.org

Save the Date! Passport Around the World Date: March 7, 2024 Time: 5:30-7:00 P.M. Byron Elementary School is excited to partner with Byron Middle School for the Annual Passport Around the World event. This year the event will be hosted at Byron Middle School. This event is a great opportunity to learn about the different cultures that make up our wonderful community.

Peach County Elementary Flag-Tag Schedule Byron Elementary School, Hunt Elementary School, and Kay Road Elementary School students will exhibit teamwork in a safe, fun, and developmental setting during Saturday morning flag-tag games. The event is led by Mr. Daniel Peavy, Hunt Elementary School Assistant Principal, with teachers serving as coaches. Please join us for the first event, Saturday, January 20th, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon in the Peach County High School Gymnasium!

Please join us for the Junior Varsity Wheelchair Basketball game with free admission on Saturday, January 20th, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. The venue for the game has changed from Mossy Creek Middle School to Houston County High School in the New Competition Gym.

Peach County School District will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2024, in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.
